We built a focused IR lamp for preform necks to lock in that narrow heat window and hold it there, shift after shift.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h3 id=&#34;what-matters-under-the-hood&#34;&gt;What matters under the hood&lt;/h3&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;We run a short-wave halogen IR emitter inside a quartz tube, chosen for fast response and tight spot control. The filament geometry concentrates energy right on the neck ring area, so you don’t spill heat onto the body. Output is matched to the OEM heating tunnel power budget, which means you can swap in one lamp without re-tuning the whole zone.&#xA;Connection is standard R7s, and we offer multiple lengths and voltages (240V/480V) to fit Sidel, Krones, SIPA, Husky, SACMI, and Nissei ASB blow molders. You get rapid warm-up, repeatable temperature, and consistent emissivity across the life of the lamp.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
