We built this electric heater for one reason: to be the reliable workhorse that steps in when the heating job gets serious. It’s CE approved, and it’s designed to drop right in and get the job done. We chose a 400V rating for a very practical reason—it keeps the current draw lower, so you don’t have to over-spec wires or contactors. That means the install stays clean, the system stays stable, and the heat keeps coming without surprises. At 2500W and a 300mm tube, it packs a lot of heat into a small footprint. So if you’re squeezed for space but still need to hit tight temperature targets, this is the kind of heater that makes that possible.
The guts: simple, tough, and fast
Inside, it runs on halogen technology, sealed in a quartz envelope. That’s what gives you that quick response—no waiting around. The infrared output stays steady, so your process doesn’t have to chase the temperature. The tube surface is coated to spread the heat more evenly and to keep the element protected when the environment gets rough. For the connection, we went with an R7s connector. It’s solid, repeatable, and it stays tight even when the equipment is vibrating all day. You install it once, and it stays put.
Where it shines—and what to keep in mind
This setup is right at home in demanding spots like PET blowing and other process heating tasks, where you need heat fast—and you need to be able to control it. The 400V, 2500W combination gives you the punch to warm up quickly. But that power also means you need to plan for it. Make sure your control panel has room to breathe. Plan for real airflow and proper thermal management. If you don’t, components can get pushed too hard when the heater runs at full load for long stretches. Give it the right conditions, and this heater just keeps going—quiet, steady, and ready for the work that can’t afford to wait.
