If the heat isn’t hitting the PET preforms exactly how it should, you end up with hot spots or cold zones, and that’s a headache nobody wants on the production line. That’s why we build our quartz tube heaters to be a mirror image of the original specs. The nitty-gritty on the heat Here’s the thing: a heating curve depends on three things—wattage, voltage, and the length of the element. If the voltage is off by even a tiny bit, the radiant flux shifts. We make sure our tubes match the OEM voltage and wattage exactly. Why? Because it means when you plug them in, the power draw is the same. You don’t have to mess around with your PLC or spend your afternoon tweaking timer settings. The heat stays steady across the whole tube. Simple. It’s all in the details We use high-purity quartz so the IR light actually gets through to the PET wall. But the real secret is the tungsten filament. If that filament is off-center by just 1mm, your heat distribution goes sideways. We keep those tolerances incredibly tight so you don’t have to worry about it. True “drop-in” replacements These aren’t “almost” a fit. They slide right into your existing sockets and clips without you needing to modify a thing. But a quick heads-up: even a perfect lamp can’t fight a dirty machine. If your cooling blowers are clogged or your reflectors are pitted and worn, your new tubes will burn out way too fast.
